Banaat al Waha - Terms of Agreement

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the dancer will bring her own music on CD. Clients are responsible to ensure that an adequate sound system which plays burned CDs is available. If the dancer is required to bring her own CD player, an additional fee of $40 will apply. Dancers would be happy to dance with live musicians if they are available.

Please be accurate in quoting the time you want the performances to begin, since the performers may have other commitments on the same evening and it would be unfair to keep other clients waiting. After the first half-hour delay, an additional fee of $15 per 15 minutes will be applied for excessive wait times (after an initial grace period of 15 minutes).

Dancers require 24-hours notice of cancellation of a performance. Charges will be applied for cancellations on short notice.

Dancers must have a suitable changing area, with a door that locks, at their disposal. The client is responsible for the personal safety of the dancers while they are on the premises.

If the dancers will be waiting for a long period of time, such as for the time between two separate performances, it is customary and appreciated to have some refreshments provided in dressing room.
